Fox provides pre-scheduled VRI in both consecutive and simultaneous modes. When you can’t get a qualified interpreter in the room, a video session puts a real human interpreter in front of your client in minutes. Courts, school districts, and hospitals rely on it for the encounters where accurate live interpretation is a legal requirement, not a nice-to-have.
Our interpreters cover 260+ languages, including ASL. Trained human linguists, matched to your language pair, carrying the credentials each setting requires. Every session is a live person on a live line, working in real time.

From request to session.
Pre-scheduled VRI runs on a simple path. You tell us what you need, we send a cost estimate, and we lock in your interpreter once you approve it.

Languages, specialization, date and time, and the platform you’ll use. The more we know, the better the match.

We confirm within the hour
If a qualified interpreter is available, we reply by email with a cost estimate. Submitting the request is not a confirmation on its own.

Approve to lock the session
Your session is confirmed once you approve the estimate and we arrange payment together by email.

Meet your interpreter
Join on Zoom, Teams, Meet, Webex, or your own platform. Consecutive or simultaneous, with ASL available.
Simultaneous sessions over one hour are staffed with two interpreters who alternate, so accuracy holds for the full session.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance do I schedule a VRI session?
Video remote interpretation is pre-scheduled. Most sessions book with one to two days' notice, with same-day slots available for legal and academic settings.
Do you offer American Sign Language?
Yes. ASL is included in our 260+ VRI languages.
Which video platforms do you support?
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex, plus custom platforms on request.
Are your interpreters qualified?
Our interpreters are trained, experienced, and vetted for the setting they work in. Many hold formal credentials such as state court certification, CCHI or NBCMI medical certification, or RID/NIC for ASL. Not every language or setting has a formal certification path, so tell us what yours requires and we will match a linguist who meets it.
